3 main cutting rollers. The workbenches can move both vertically and horizontally to cut the materials into smaller squares.

The wire guide rollers & wire winding and release wheels adopt double-cone positioning, high-speed operation is stable and reliable.

8 wire guide wheels, to reduce wire disconnection and make it easier for wire winding and release.

It’s not necessary to disassembly the bearing when replacing wire guide wheel with the double-bearing structure, which reduces operating time and increases efficiency.

Double workbench each side improves a higher processing capacity, the material plate size is 180x645mm each plate per side, 4 material plates in total.

Electronic flow switch is installed for cutting fluid line, with automatic shutdown and alarm for loss of fluid.

Driven and controlled by servo motor.

Dedicated cooling system for each spindle ensures the stable running.
